Production Method
- First, add the pH adjuster and the film-forming aid to the styrene-acrylic emulsion under stirring, and add silica sol to the styrene-acrylic emulsion after stirring to obtain a mixed emulsion;
- Then, pre-mix the processed and sieved thermal power plant waste, talcum powder and lithopone powder to obtain a mixed pigment and filler, and then add half of the defoamer and leveling agent to the mixed emulsion of step 1 and mix well, then add and mix well The mixed pigments and fillers are mechanically dispersed and mixed at 1000~1500r/min for 60~120min, and stir evenly;
- Finally, add the remaining defoamer to the mixture of step 2, and mix it mechanically at 800~1000r/min for 10~30min to obtain a thermal insulation coating that can replace cement mortar.
