BPA Daily: Supply is tight

[China Epoxy Network (China Epoxy Industry Online)June 17, 2014: The domestic bisphenol A market fluctuated at a high level and went up in a narrow range.
On the last trading day (June 16, 2014), the mainstream transaction price in the East China region of the mainstream market temporarily formed a range of 12,800-12,900 yuan/ton, with an increase of 100 yuan/ton.
According to the analysis of the market experts of China Epoxy Network (China Epoxy Industry Online)the spot market continued to be high on the day and the supply was tight, and the domestic and foreign market prices continued to rise.
Domestic manufacturers mainly supply or supply long-term contracts.
There are not many foreign sales, and importers have limited supply and reluctance to sell.
The intention to increase sales is obvious, and the offer continues to go up; some domestic installations may be postponed, overseas South Asian installations fail to stop, and PTT installations are temporarily stopped, which strengthens the speculation mentality of some businesses .
The bisphenol A outer plate also went up further, with near-ocean selling intentions of US$1,680 to US$1,700 (CFR China's main port), and some Southeast Asian Thai cargoes were offered for US$1,760 (CFR China's main port) or above.
Regional quotations of the domestic BPA market: mainstream quotations in East China are 13000-13100 yuan/ton, raised by 100 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction prices are 12800-12900 yuan/ton, raised by 100 yuan/ton; mainstream quotations in Huangshan region are 13000-13100 yuan/ton Ton, increase 100 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction price 12800-12900 yuan/ton, increase 100 yuan/ton; mainstream quotation in North China 12900-13000 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction price of 12700-12800 yuan/ton; mainstream quotation in South China 13,200 ~13,300 yuan/ton, an increase of 100 yuan/ton, and the mainstream transaction price of 13,000~13,100 yuan/ton, an increase of 100 yuan/ton.
