On the last trading day (September 19, 2014), the mainstream transaction price in the East China region of the mainstream market temporarily formed a range of 15,800-15,900 yuan/ton, and the low-end was raised by 100 yuan/ton.
According to the analysis of the market experts of China Epoxy Network (China Epoxy Industry Online)the spot market on the same day has tight supply and intertwined longs and shorts.
It fluctuates and rises against the trend.
Supply is tight and supports are slightly promoted by merchants.
Prices of near-ocean and some domestic products have gradually increased.
Recently, large factories have temporarily reduced bulk purchases, and downstream small orders just need to purchase to maintain production; due to the weakness of upstream pure benzene and phenol ketones, downstream follow-up expectations have weakened, and the industry lacks sufficient confidence.
Still showing resistance, small orders are mainly circulating.
The bisphenol A external market is cautiously waiting and watching.
September cargo offers in Southeast Asia are at US$2100-2160/ton CFR, with sporadic buying intentions at the low end, and October cargo offers at US$2150/ton CFR, there is no market.
Regional quotations of the domestic BPA market: mainstream quotations in East China are 16000-16100 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction prices are 15800-15900 yuan/ton, low-end prices are raised by 100 yuan/ton; mainstream quotations in Huangshan area are 16100-16200 yuan/ton, high-end prices are raised 100 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction price is 15800-16000 yuan/ton, high-end price is raised by 100 yuan/ton; mainstream quotation in North China is 16100-16200 yuan/ton, raised by 100 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction price is 15900-16000 yuan/ton, raised 100 yuan/ton; mainstream quotations in southern China are 16200-16300 yuan/ton, mainstream transaction prices are 16000-16200 yuan/ton, and low-end prices are raised by 100 yuan/ton.
