To solve this problem, Hong and others first studied the response of circulating eostophilic granules to glucocorticoids in the body in three animals, and found that the response in rhesus monkeys was similar to that in humans, not in mice.later, the researchers developed a separation technique that purified eosinophils from the peripheral blood of rhesus monkeys and tracked the eosinoic granulocytes labeled with glucocorticoids before and after 89-89-zirconin in real time through a series of PET/CT imaging.results showed that glucocorticoids quickly induced the bone marrow of eosinophils to return home.the kinetication of glucocorticoid-induced eosinophilic reduction and bone marrow migration is consistent with the induced dynamics of glucocorticoid response to the chemotrophic factor receptor CXCR4, selective blocking of CXCR4 can reduce or eliminate the reduction of early ostrichophilic cells induced by glucocorticoids.in summary, the results of this study show that the reduction of eosinophils induced by glucocorticoids is caused by the bone marrow migration of eosinophils dependent on CXCR4.these findings provide the basis for the mechanism of the role of glucocorticoids in eosinophilic diseases, and are relevant to the development of studies of glucocorticoid resistance and more targeted treatments..
