The originals of the following materials must be submitted to the review experts for verification together with the bidding documents before the closing of the bid.
If the originals are incomplete or invalid, they will be treated as invalid bids:

⑴ Copy of business license, ⑵ Qualification certificate, ⑶ Copy of organization code certificate, ⑷ Copy of tax registration certificate, ⑸ Original copy of power of attorney signed by legal person and copy of client’s ID card (must provide when entrusting, Clarify the entrusted authority and time), ⑹The Procuratorate’s bribery file inquiry system has no bribery crime and commercial bribery record notification letter.
