BASF soluplus's solid separation and its preparation method and process Soluplus (polyethylene caprolactam-polyvinyl acetate-polyethylene glycol grafting copolymer) is a new type of bipolar non-ionic pharmaceutical polymer material, glass conversion temperature (Tg) of about 70 °C, high safety, solubilization, crystallosis, spatial stability, suspension, heat sensitivity, film formation and other effects, has shown a good application prospect in improving the dissolution rate and bioavailability of insoluble drugs.
This paper reviews the application progress of Soluplus in solid dispersions, polymer micelles, drug nanocrystals, supersaturated autoemulsification delivery systems, etc.
, and also points out that Soluplus has limited
scope due to low Tg value and strong hydrophilicity.
