In order to further implement the main responsibility for food safety of soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises and improve the production and processing management level and ability of enterprises, Baotou City Market Supervision Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region recently organized a group interview and warning meeting for soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises in the city

The meeting informed the city's soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises product sampling monitoring, special rectification action inspections and daily supervision in 2021, pointed out and analyzed the city's soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises' problems, and implemented the main responsibility of food safety for the next step enterprises.

At the meeting, the heads of the city's soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises signed the Food Safety Commitment

The meeting emphasized that all soy sauce and vinegar production enterprises should implement relevant requirements with a high sense of responsibility

In the next step, the Baotou Market Supervision Bureau will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of the violations of laws and regulations that have been notified and warned
