    Microtubules are an important component of the cytoskeleton and participate in various life activities such as intracellular material transportation, cell migration, polarity establishment and morphological maintenance


    Alpha-tubulin and beta-tubulin are expressed in all eukaryotes, and there are many subtypes


    In this study, the author first used insect cells to express and purify the three members of the tubulin α1 family (α1A, α1B, and α1C), which were combined with the same ubiquitously expressed β-tubulin subtype (β2A), That is, α1A/β2A, α1B/β2A, and α1C/β2A
