Professor Huang Rui introduced that because healthy diet is extremely important, in the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2022)" issued this year, eight principles for balanced diets are clearly listed, namely: food diversity, reasonable collocation; Eat and move in balance, healthy weight; Eat more fruits and vegetables, milk, whole grains, soybeans; Eat fish, poultry, eggs and lean meat in moderation; Less salt and less oil, sugar control and wine limitation; Eat regularly and drink plenty of water; Can cook and choose, will look at the label; Public chopsticks divide meals and eliminate waste
