Advisors LP Affiliated Fund ("Offering Shareholders") prices 1511,546 American Deposital Shares (ADS) registered for public offering, equivalent to 13 shares of common stock with a face value of $0.0001 per share and $225 per ADS public offering per share.
addition, the offering shareholder has granted the underwriter of the offering a total of 151,154 ADS over-alloned shares, less underwriting discounts and commissions, within 30 days at the public offering price.
