In November, the average purchase price of raw milk in Estonia was 532.
11 euros per tonne, up 56%
year-on-year.

According to data from the Estonian Statistical Office, milk purchases in the month were 63,900 tons, a year-on-year decrease of about 1%, of which 52,400 tons of fine milk, an increase of 1%
year-on-year.
Milk has an average fat content of 4% and an average protein content of 3.
5%.

Milk production was 8,900 tonnes, down 1%
year-on-year.
Cream production was 2,300 tons, down 14.
8%
year-on-year.
Yoghurt production decreased by 3.
3%
year-on-year to 2,900 tons.
Butter production increased to 400 tonnes and cheese production to 4,000 tonnes, up 5.
3% year-on-year, of which 1,600 tonnes
were curds.
