    Methods NLRP3 inflammasome activation in Tfh cells was investigated in B6 , MRL/lpr and NZM2328 mice, as well as in SLE patients and healthy controls, using fluorescently labeled caspase-1 inhibitor probe.


    Results NLRP3 inflammasome activation in Tfh cells after immunization was identified in B6 mic.


    Conclusion The activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome in T follicular helper cells is an integral part of the immune respons.
