Foreign media March 30 news: The consultancy APK-Inform said that as the Ukrainian seaports remain blocked due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, traders have already exported the first batch of Ukrainian corn
    to Europe by rail .

Ukraine is a major global producer and exporter of grains
, and traditionally almost all agricultural exports are shipped through Black Sea ports .
Before the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Ukraine's monthly grain exports exceeded 5 million tons
    .
Traders and agricultural officials said there are still large grain stocks in Ukraine, and merchants may start exporting by train from the western border
    .
APK-Inform said the first thousands of tonnes of corn had already been exported to Europe across Ukraine's western border
    .

The company added that logistics remain difficult and supply still exceeds demand, but prices have stopped falling
    .
Poland and the Baltic states bought Ukrainian corn at $250-$265 a tonne, ex-works, and Slovakia bought Ukrainian corn at $275 a tonne
    .

Ukraine can export as much as 600,000 tonnes of grain to Europe by train per month, Ukraine's transport authority said
    .

APK-Inform said last week that Ukraine's grain exports in 2021/22 (July-June) could reach 44 million tonnes
    .
Ukraine may only export 1 million tonnes of grain between March and June due to logistical problems
    .
