Recently, the Anhui Market Supervision Administration Bureau sampling spices , pastries , edible agricultural products , food processed, drinks five categories and other food 307 batches of samples
.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, there are 302 batches of qualified samples and 5 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items (see appendix).
The unqualified samples involve quality indicators, food additives and other issues
.

For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments of Hefei, Huainan, Lu'an, Chuzhou, Xuancheng, Guangde, etc.
to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and take off-shelf recalls.
Qualified products and other measures control risks; violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law
.
The above-mentioned territorial market supervision departments shall promptly disclose the verification and disposal status to the public
.
If it is found in the investigation that the duties of other departments are involved, the relevant information shall be notified to the relevant functional departments
.

Quality index issues

(1) It is said that the braised soy sauce (cooking soy sauce) produced by Anhui Yuntian Food Co.

, the amino acid nitrogen (calculated as nitrogen) does not meet the national food safety standards
