Recently, the Anhui Market Supervision Administration Bureau sampling roasted food and Caine fruit products , vegetable products, starch and starch products , spices , cakes and other foods 5 405 batches of samples
.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, there are 401 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items (see appendix).
The unqualified samples involve quality indicators, food additives, microbiological indicators and other issues

For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments such as Hefei, Suzhou, Lu'an, and Ma'anshan to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and take measures such as removing the shelves and recalling the unqualified products.
