In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures for Sampling and Inspection of Food Safety, the relevant information related to the recent food safety supervision and sampling inspection of the Market Supervision Administration is hereby announced as follows:
Overall situation: The supervision and sampling information of this announcement involves 736 batches of samples of 16 major categories of food, such as biscuits, candy products, vegetable products, meat products, starch and starch products, convenience foods, soy products, condiments, catering foods

Among them, 6 batches of edible agricultural products, 3 batches of catering food and 1 batch of vegetable products were found to be unqualified

It was mainly found that 1 batch of unqualified pike crab, small red rice pepper (pepper) and stone crab were found to exceed the cadmium standard.
1 batch each of unqualified bream and Roche shrimp, both of which were detected to exceed the standard of enrofloxacin; 1 batch of unqualified cowpea was detected to exceed the standard of bethion and triazophos; 1 batch each of unqualified salmon and cold jellyfish silk (homemade), the total number of colonies and coliform bacteria exceeded the standard, respectively; 1 batch of unqualified yellow cauliflower (dry), the residual amount of sulfur dioxide was detected to exceed the standard; 1 batch of unqualified cups, anionic synthetic detergent
