Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling, and selected catering food, tea and related products, roasted seeds and nuts and nut products, condiments, soy products, bee products, cakes, canned food, alcohol, processed grain products, and meat products.

1287 batches of samples of 19 categories of food, catering food, condiments, cakes, food processing 26 batches of samples in 7 categories of food, edible agricultural products, vegetable products, and quick-frozen food were unqualified

The unqualified items involved clothianidin, trimethoprim, lead (calculated as Pb), cadmium (calculated as Cd), residual aluminum (dry sample, calculated as Al), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid) Hydroacetic acid), the sum of the proportions of their respective dosages to their maximum usage when mixed with preservatives, anionic synthetic detergents (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), peroxide value (calculated as fat), total acid (in acetic acid) indicator
