Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling , and selected catering food , tea and related products, roasted seeds and nuts products , soy products , bee products , cakes , frozen drinks , meat products , food additives , sugar , edible agricultural products .
807 batches of samples of 13 categories of food including catering food, roasted seeds and nuts, meat products, sugar, edible agricultural products and candy products were found to be unqualified
.
The unqualified items involved coliform bacteria, aflatoxin B1, imidacloprid, methamidophos, methyl isoflophos, nitrite (calculated as sodium nitrite), anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) (calculated), acid value (calculated by fat), peroxide value (calculated by fat), total sugar,
etc.

For unqualified foods found in random inspections, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments to immediately organize inspections and disposals, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; for violations of laws and regulations, Deal with it in a timely manner in accordance with the law; at the same time, the risk prevention and control measures taken and the verification and disposal situation will be disclosed to the public, and reported to the provincial bureau
