Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspections , took 696 batches of samples of 7 categories of food , including catering food , starch and starch products , condiments , instant food , bee products , quick-frozen food and edible agricultural products , and detected catering food.
, starch and starch products, condiments, convenience foods and edible agricultural products and other 5 categories of food 22 batches of samples failed
.
The unqualified items involved total bacterial count, coliform, mold, chlorpyrifos, clothianidin, omethoate, sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid), aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al), total Arsenic (calculated as As), anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), acid value (calculated as fat),
etc.

For unqualified foods found in random inspections, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments to immediately organize inspections and disposals, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; for violations of laws and regulations, Deal with it in a timely manner in accordance with the law; at the same time, the risk prevention and control measures taken and the verification and disposal situation will be disclosed to the public, and reported to the provincial bureau
