Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau Food Safety Sampling Information Notice (No. 4, 2022)

Recently, the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized random inspection of 206 batches of samples of 7 types of food , including catering food , instant food , cakes , soy products , edible agricultural products , meat products , and condiments
.
According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards , 201 batches of qualified samples and 5 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection
items (see attachment) .

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments such as Hefei, Bozhou, Bengbu, Lu'an, Ma'anshan, Xuancheng to immediately organize inspections and disposals, find out the flow of products, and take measures to remove them from the shelves and recall them.
Qualified products and other measures to control risks; violations of laws and regulations will be strictly dealt with in accordance with the law
.
The above-mentioned local market supervision departments shall promptly disclose the verification and disposal information to the public
.
If it is found during the investigation that the responsibilities of other departments are involved, the relevant information shall be reported to the relevant functional departments
.

The specific situation of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

The bowls used by Xiaoyuanzi Hot Pot Restaurant in Chengguan Town, Shucheng County, Lu'an City, coliform bacteria (paper method) do not meet the national food safety standards

The loquat autumn pear paste, sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) produced by Anhui Baokuntang Health Industry Development Co.
