Recently, the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized random inspection of 399 batches of samples of 6 types of food including tea and related products, condiments , catering food , cakes , soy products , and edible agricultural products
.
According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards , there are 395 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection
items (see attachment) .

For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision departments of Hefei, Suzhou, Huainan, Lu'an and other territories to immediately organize inspections and disposals, find out the flow of products, and take measures such as taking off shelves and recalling unqualified products.
Risks; violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law

The above-mentioned local market supervision departments shall promptly disclose the verification and disposal information to the public
.
If it is found during the investigation that the responsibilities of other departments are involved, the relevant information shall be reported to the relevant functional departments
.
