Active health and aging should be the focus of special declaration guidelines for comments

In accordance with
's Opinions on Improving the Strengthening of Central Financial Research Projects and Fund Management (Guofa (2014) No. 11),
's Notice on Deepening the Management Reform Program of the Central Financial Science and Technology Plan (Special, Fund, etc.) (Guofa (2016) No. 64), The Ministry of Science and Technology Ministry of Finance on the further optimization of the national key research and development program projects and fund management notice (National Science and Technology Development (2019) No. 45) and other documents, is now "active health and aging science and technology response" key special 2021 project declaration guidelines (draft for comments, see annex) to the community for comments and suggestions. For comments from 8 February 2021 to 22 February 2021, please send your email by 24:00 on 22 February.
The condensed layout and task deployment of the relevant key special projects of the national key research and development plan have been consulted and reviewed by the Strategic Advisory and Comprehensive Review
, and the joint inter-ministerial meeting on the management of the national science and technology plan has been reviewed and reviewed, and reported to
for approval for implementation. This consultation focuses on the specific guidelines for the direction of the target indicators and related content of the rationality, scientific, advanced and other aspects to listen to the views and suggestions of all parties. The Ministry of Science and Technology, together with relevant departments, professional institutions and experts, will carefully study the comments and suggestions received and revise and improve the relevant key project declaration guidelines.
