The preparation technology and industrialization project of oleuropein and total flavonoid extract from olive leaves undertaken by Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences has passed the acceptance inspection recently Aiming at the key technologies such as extraction and industrialization of oleuropein and total flavonoids with significant physiological activity in olive leaves, the project has established the resource recycling mode of resource product by product reproduction and realized the high value utilization of waste In the project group, the macroporous adsorption resin was used as the enrichment and separation material to simultaneously separate and prepare the high content of oleuropein and total flavonoids extract of olives The product content can reach 70% and 20% respectively During the implementation of the project, the project team worked closely with the enterprise to build a production line with an annual production scale of 40 tons of oleuropein and 10 tons of total flavonoid extract.
