    ObjectiveTo identify marker genes and biomolecular processes of aortitis using high-throughput gene expression profiles, and to provide a range of potential new drug targets (genes) and therapeutic methods through pharmacogenomic network analysis

    Results: Overall, tissue gene expression patterns were most relevant


    Conclusion: The first total transcriptomic analysis of the surgically removed aortic tissue of the aortic tissue was performed, and the characteristic genes and biomolecular processes were identified, and the CIA may be a limited condition
