Purpose : This study aims to evaluate the inflammatory burden of peripheral spondyloarthritis (SpA) in the study of early remission induction strategies using tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the legs .
In addition, the study sought to determine the value of MRI in predicting disease recurrence and sustained remission after stopping treatment .

ObjectiveObjective : This study was designed leg magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using tumor necrosis factor (TNF) mitigation strategies Induction of early inhibitors evaluation of the peripheral spondyloarthritis (SpA) inflammation load
    .

In addition, the study sought to determine the value of MRI in predicting disease recurrence and sustained remission after stopping treatment

MethodMethod : 32 name determined by clinical examination and by ultrasound (US) demonstrated early involvement of peripheral leg portion SpA patients participated in a TNF inhibitor (TNFi) remission induction test

ResultsResults : joint effusion attachment points and inflammation in the clinical examination and ultrasonography of MRI disorder is associated

Conclusion : This studyconcluded depict attachment points and inflammation in synovitis MRI different responses, enthesitis of TNFi poor response to therapy
