Objective Genome-wide association studies have linked PADI4 , encoding peptidyl arginine deaminase 4 (PAD4) , with rheumatoid arthritis (RA.
Methods : To effectively use C57BL/6 mice in a collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model, we introduced granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) with an immunopotentiator on day 21 for 4 consecutive day.
Methods To effectively use C57BL/6 mice in a collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model, we introduced granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) with an immunopotentiator on day 21 for 4 consecutive day.
Results G-CSF significantly increased the incidence and severity of CI.
Conclusion The research team has successfully developed an arthritis model suitable for C57BL/6 mice, which fully meets the high standards of animal welfar.
