Objectives: Abnormal central pain processing is a major cause of fibromyalgia (FM) and is perceptually characterized by a psychophysical measure of sum of time to pain (TSP) .
Objectives: Abnormal central pain processing is a major cause of fibromyalgia (FM) and is perceptually characterized by a psychophysical measure of sum of time to pain (TSP) .
Methods: We used a novel approach to analyze dynamic functional brain connectivity in patients with FM to explore how TSP -related fluctuations are linked to dynamic functional reconfiguration of the brain .
RESULTS: FM patients had higher TSP than healthy controls ( FM patients had a TSP score of 17.
Conclusions: This study elucidates the dynamic brain processes in FM that promote central pain processing
