Objective: Semaphore 3B (Sema3B) is a secreted protein belonging to the semaphorin family and involved in different biological process.

Methods: In the K/BxN arthritis serum metastasis model, clinical response, histological features, and FLS function were examined in wild-type (WT) and Sema3B-/- mic.
