    For nearly half a century, research on leaf movement has mainly focused on large leguminous non-model plants such as rain tree and acacia , and some physiological evidence has been obtained .


    In this study, the tissues of the wild-type lamina of Medicago truncatula and the corresponding parts of the elp1 mutant lamina were collected for comparative analysis of transcriptome and proteomics .


    Bai Quanzi and Yang Wenjing, doctoral candidates of the Banna Botanical Garden, are the co-first authors of the article, and researchers Chen Jianghua and Liu Changning are the co-corresponding authors .
