After interrogation, the suspect Huang confessed to his illegal facts

According to his confession, in order to prevent diseases and insects from harming his mango trees, he bought a batch of hydrocarbophos pesticides (a highly toxic pesticide) online, which were sprayed in Ledong County in June and October 2016.
