VOCs exhaust jet tower is one of the most commonly used process or equipment systems in VOCs management industry or a VOCs management system. The system is the use of wind turbines to collect the exhaust gas into the washing tower, flowing through the filling layer segment (gas/liquid contact reaction medium), so that the exhaust gas and the surface of the filler flow of the liquid (washing liquid) fully contact, in order to absorb the exhaust gas contained in the acidic or alkaline dirt or water-soluble VOCs gas. After washing, the waste liquid is collected into the collection tank and then discharged into the wastewater system treatment
.
it is well known that washing towers use contact between gases and liquids to transfer contaminants from the gas into the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the contaminated liquid for the purpose of clearing the air. VoCs exhaust gas is treated by filling the washing tower with reverse absorption of the gas liquid, i.e. the liquid is sprayed down from the top of the tower in a foggy (or small droplet) spray. The exhaust gas is reached by the tower (reverse flow) for the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This treatment, can cool exhaust gas, conditioning gas and removal of particles, or pre-treatment of VOCs gas acid-base gas, etc. , and then after the de-fog segment treatment, discharged into the next VOCs treatment process or atmosphere.
you know about voCs exhaust jet towers, the key parameters and configurations within their systems? These are also important points for environmental inspection or equipment inspection and maintenance, as follows:
