It was established in August 1999.
It covers an area of ​​nearly 55 acres, has a registered capital of 5 million yuan, and has 28 employees.
The main product is triphenyltin chloride.
The production device is divided into seven sections: sodium phenyl section, tetraphenyl tin section, hydrolysis section, mother liquor recovery section, disintegration chemical section, crystallization section, and refining section.
The enterprise is a general chemical production enterprise (the main product is not hazardous chemicals).

Brief summary of the accident and preliminary analysis of its causes.
The accident company has been suspending production since 2011.
At the end of 2018, it passed the safety rating evaluation of the transfer organization of Zhaoyuan City.
At the beginning of 2019, the accident enterprise planned to resume production and submitted a driving application report; after the Zhaoyuan Emergency Bureau organized experts to conduct an on-site inspection, it was deemed that the driving conditions were not met, and a rectification order was issued.
However, the company disregarded the regulatory instructions and started commissioning equipment and production without authorization on March 24.
At about 0:50 on March 25, the tetraphenyl tin section burst, and the materials in the reactor were sprayed through the explosion vent.
In the north workshop 21 meters away, a fire broke out in the north workshop, and the fire was extinguished 15 minutes later.
