Modified special epoxy resins are in great demand in the field of resins for 5G communication printed circuit boards.

The addition of auxiliary equipment such as dripping tanks, gear pumps, and raw material storage tanks will form an annual output of 10,000 tons of modified special epoxy resins for 5G communications (2,000 tons of brominated epoxy resins, 3,000 tons of phosphorus-containing epoxy resins, and 5,000 tons of MDI Modified epoxy resin), the production capacity of 18,000 tons of insulating resin

The production technology of the project products comes from the parent company-Dongcai Technology Group.

The reconstruction of the project relies on the existing main plant with an annual output of 30,000 tons of insulating resin, and through the upgrading and transformation of 12,000 tons of insulating resin equipment, a production capacity with an annual output of 10,000 tons of modified special epoxy resin is formed; 3 new raw material storage tanks will be added to the reserved space, namely 60m³ acetone storage tank, 50m³ 127 epoxy resin and 128 epoxy resin storage tanks; add 1 Class A warehouse; add 1 Class A hazardous waste warehouse

The consumption of the main raw material epoxy resin of the project is: 127 epoxy resin 478 tons/year, 128 epoxy resin 2200 tons/year, 170 epoxy resin 88 tons/year, and 638S epoxy resin 3000 tons/year
