The "Action Plan" focuses on five aspects: production safety, flood safety, and fire safety.
Among them, the production safety special action is mainly carried out in 7 major areas such as hazardous chemicals, coal mines, non-coal mines, building construction, and transportation.
The relevant person in charge of the Henan Provincial Safety Committee stated that the action will conduct a comprehensive investigation of every field, every park, every company, every place, every post, leaving no blanks, no dead ends, no blind spots, and realizing full coverage.
