Phosphate fertilizer enterprises are mainly environmental problems that are easy to be overlooked but have a large accumulation effect, such as imperfect environmental management of enterprises and imperfect drainage of rain and sewage.
Yellow phosphorous enterprises mainly suffer from ecological environmental problems such as “lighting the sky” of yellow phosphorous tail gas, unorganized emission of exhaust gas, and imperfect anti-seepage measures in storage sites of phosphorous raw materials and waste residue.
Phosphorus-containing pesticide companies mainly suffer from improper storage and management of hazardous waste and imperfect waste gas collection and treatment facilities.
Phosphate mining enterprises are mainly caused by problems such as excessive discharge of mine water, dust from phosphate storage yards and roads, and failure to implement ecological restoration measures in mines in accordance with regulations.
At present, the special investigation and remediation action for the "Three Phosphorus" of the Yangtze River has moved from the "problem investigation" stage to the "problem resolution" stage.
In order to properly solve the ecological and environmental problems of the "three phosphorus" enterprises, and implement classified policies and scientific rectification, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued the "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation and Remediation of the "Three Phosphorus" of the Yangtze River", targeting phosphate rocks, phosphate fertilizers, phosphorus-containing pesticides, and yellowing.
