The forum released a short video of the 2022 "World Obesity Day" Chinese propaganda theme video jointly produced by the Obesity Prevention and Control Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, the Health Education Special Fund of the China Health Promotion Foundation, and the Global Health Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University
The forum also released the "15 Action Recommendations for Obesity Prevention and Control in China" (hereinafter referred to as "Action Recommendations"), which is part of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Obesity Prevention and Control" that will be officially released soon
The Action Suggestions include five action suggestions: first, mobilize the whole society to participate and advocate healthy lifestyles; second, create a healthy and supportive environment to promote a reasonable diet for the whole people; third, create a national fitness atmosphere to strengthen physical activity; Carry out the whole life cycle obesity prevention and control; Fifth, optimize healthy weight management and improve the obesity prevention and control service system
