ng7 .2. Jacob? Roland? Peterson was born in Denmark in 1971 and received a Master of Science degree from the Royal Danish Veterinary and Agricultural University in 1999. During the period 1999-2003, as project leader of the Danish Veterinary Food Administration, he was responsible for the study of the effective prevention and treatment of salmonella in Dublin. From 2003 to 2005, he worked for Danbo, Denmark, as a veterinary surgeon, responsible for disease diagnosis, farm consulting, salmonella and Campylobacter prevention and control projects, as well as the company's production and logistics sector health standards development and implementation. During the period 2005-2012, he was the head of the product quality and traceability project in the Danish poultry industry, and was also the head of the fresh production and veterinary department of Danbo. Since 2012, Danbo has been a senior director, mainly responsible for the company's fresh production, logistics and veterinary department.

Dr. John Htoo received his Master's and Ph.D.s from 1999-2003 at George August University in Gottingen, Germany, focusing on single-gastric animal nutrition, and then, during his post-doctoral studies on the assessment of pig nutrition and raw materials, was at the prestigious University of Alberta, Canada. In 2007, he joined Evonik de Gusay for technical support for pig and amino acid nutrition and global collaboration with universities and research institutions in pilot projects.
