Existing hazardous chemical production and storage enterprises outside the chemical park shall gradually move into the chemical park in accordance with the industrial layout and policies of the state and autonomous region.
For chemical parks where major or above production safety accidents or environmental emergencies occur, the procedures for new and expanded projects other than the remediation of safety hazards and environmental pollution control projects shall be suspended within one year.
