On February 25th, the Jiangsu Provincial Public Resource Trading Center forwarded the "Provincial-level fixed-point reserve procurement and supply of 13 drugs such as chlorpyrifosin injection" jointly issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Health and Health Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Medical Insurance Bureau.
According to the "Notice", the 13 kinds of medicines purchased and supplied by the provincial-level fixed-point reserves in Jiangsu Province will be distributed or commissioned by the three provincial-level storage enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
On April 20, 2020, in order to strengthen the national supply guarantee for drugs in short supply and establish and improve the management system for the list of drugs in short supply, in accordance with the provisions of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the General Office of the State Council on further ensuring the supply and price stability of drugs in short supply.
In the "Administrative Measures", shortage drugs refer to drugs that are approved for marketing by China's drug regulatory authorities, are clinically necessary and irreplaceable or cannot be completely replaced, and are in short supply or unstable supply within a certain period of time or within a certain area
For the varieties in the national and provincial drug shortage lists, enterprises are allowed to make independent quotations on the provincial centralized drug procurement platform, directly link to the Internet, and medical institutions independently purchase
The shortage of drugs is characterized by insufficient or unstable supply, and there are many influencing factors, such as unstable supply of raw materials, small clinical dosage, lack of motivation for hospitals to use drugs, support policies for low-cost drugs, etc.
