Recently, the photovoltaic supporting materials produced by ZTE Energy's southern Xinjiang new energy industrial base are going to the photovoltaic park
in Bahawalpur, Punjab Province, Pakistan.
This batch of materials will be used for the priority implementation project of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor - ZTE Energy's 900 MW photovoltaic project in Punjab Province, Pakistan
.
This is the first time that the industrial base has independently completed the whole process operation from production, packaging and logistics, marking the beginning of the large-scale product delivery
of priority implementation projects in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in the new energy industrial base in southern Xinjiang.
The delivery materials loaded by the three transport vehicles are mainly photovoltaic brackets and their accessories, a total of 106 tons, including 62 tons of brackets and 44 tons of accessories, and the products are all produced
by the new energy industrial base in southern Xinjiang.
Previously, the South Xinjiang New Energy Industrial Base has obtained a supply contract of 500 million yuan for ZTE Energy's 900 MW photovoltaic project in Punjab Province, Pakistan, and the industrial base will gradually complete product production and delivery, taking the lead in opening up the situation
of Xinjiang's photovoltaic industry radiating to Central Asia.
The 900 MW photovoltaic ground power station is located in Jinnah Solar Industrial Park, Bahawalpur, Punjab Province, Pakistan, wholly invested and constructed by ZTE Energy, covering an area of 4,500 acres with a total investment of more than 1.
5 billion US dollars.
The project is currently the largest single solar power project in the world, and it is also the largest investment
by Chinese enterprises in overseas photovoltaic projects so far.
At present, it has taken the lead in completing the financing of 100 MW in the first phase of the project, and 50 MW has been completed for grid-connected power generation in the first phase, becoming the first energy project
in the priority implementation project of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to complete financing and start grid-connected power generation.
