In view of the severe situation of flood prevention and typhoon prevention faced by newly-built installations and equipment, Zhongke Refinery adheres to the problem-oriented approach and set up a typhoon prevention and flood prevention working group to carry out strict inspections on various installations, docks, loading docks, storage and transportation tank areas, etc.

Focusing on safe production in typhoon and thunderstorm weather, arrange dispatch professionals to pay close attention to the trends of typhoons and rainstorms, and timely release them to the Zhongke Refining and Chemical dispatching work group, notify typhoons and rainstorms to the company's departments at all levels, and actively coordinate the entry and exit of ships and ports at the docks.

In view of the frequent occurrence of wind pipe falling off and water ingress of instrumentation equipment due to the coming of thunderstorm season, government agencies organized electrical instrument centers and maintenance units to conduct inspections of instrumentation equipment in the whole plant one by one, focusing on inspecting the total of each set of devices.

At the same time, special measures of "rain, moisture, and lightning protection" have been formulated to protect instruments and equipment, and make full use of the pump group monitoring system to analyze early and mid-term failure causes of high-risk pumps in operation in advance to achieve predictability Maintenance, to prevent the failure of high-risk pumps for emergency repairs, causing device fluctuations
