    Most viruses have a relatively narrow host phagocytosis and can only infect one or a similar class of species, such as the measles virus can only infect people, and the new crown virus can only infect mammals


    Zika virus belongs to the flavivirus genus of the flaviviridae family, and the members of this genus are mainly transmitted between vertebrates through the blood sucking of mosquito ticks, known as "arbolax virus", which is further divided into mosquito argentin virus and tick arboxic virus


    Through genealogical evolutionary analysis and cryo-EM studies, it was found that Donggang virus and Zika virus are very similar


    Next, the research team constructed a reverse genetic system of Donggang and Zika viruses, and by replacing the genomes of the two, the team found that the 5' and 3' non-coding regions of the flavivirus are very important
