In order to ensure the food safety of residents in our province during the Spring Festival, Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized and carried out special sampling inspections of Spring Festival food, including grain processed products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, canned food, quick-frozen foods, potatoes and puffed foods, candy products, tea and related products, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried foods and nut products, egg products, cocoa and roasted coffee products, aquatic products, starch and starch products, pastries, soy products, 1125 batches of samples of 25 types of
food, such as infant formula food, catering food, edible agricultural products, etc.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment: sampling inspection qualified 1118 batches, unqualified 7 batches (see annex), the overall pass rate is 99.

Unqualified items involve excessive food additives, excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, and non-compliance of quality indicators

The specific notice is as follows:

First, food additives exceed the standard

(1) The steamed buns sold by Mengjun Bun Shop in Wukang Street, Deqing County, cyclamate (based on cyclohexyl sulfamic acid) do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The rice cakes sold at the Liling booth of Nanxun Nianfeng Farmers Market, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (based on dehydroacetic acid) do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(3) The soy melon, benzoic acid and its sodium salt (based on benzoic acid) sold by Keyan Liu Ying Condiment Store in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City do not meet the national
food safety standards.

Second, the residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs exceed the standard

(1) The sea bass sold at the Ele.

Third, the quality indicators are not up to standard

For unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the relevant food production and trading enterprise may submit an application
for re-inspection or objection to our bureau within 7 working days after receiving the notice of the unqualified result.
For unqualified food that has exceeded the objection period, our bureau has instructed the relevant municipal market supervision department to investigate and deal with
it according to law.
Market supervision departments in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huzhou, Shaoxing and other places are required to urge food manufacturers to clarify product flow, recall unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification; Market supervision departments in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huzhou, Shaoxing and other places are required to urge the food business link to immediately take measures such as removing from the shelves to control risks
.
The market-level market supervision department shall announce the risk prevention and control measures to the public within 7 days from the date of issuance of the circular, and report the verification and disposal situation to the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration within 3 months and announce
it to the public.
