The "Three-Year Action" proposes that by 2024, Yunnan Province will strive to achieve a new material industry output value of more than 180 billion yuan, triple the industrial scale, and build more than 2 new material enterprises with a main business income of more than 50 billion yuan, specializing in new materia.

In the field of new energy battery materials, Yunnan Province will vigorously develop cathode materials such as lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese phosphate, lithium manganese iron phosphate, and ternary (nickel-cobalt-manganese), support the layout of anode materials such as graphite and silicon oxide, and accelerate the development of electrolysis Liquid, separator, copper foil, aluminum foil and other battery materia.

In the field of titanium-based new materials, Yunnan Province has accelerated the construction of chlorination titanium dioxide, chlorination titanium slag, rotor-grade sponge titanium intelligent manufacturing, fused zirconia and other projects, and developed titanium dioxide with high performance, high added value and strong speciali.

In the fields of rare earth, chemical industry and other new materials, Yunnan Province will accelerate the promotion of rare earth smelting and separation projects, and attract the development of rare earth luminescent materials, rare earth energy storage materials, rare earth magnetic materials and ultra-high-purity rare earth metals and their compoun.

Yunnan Province will also speed up the implementation of waste automobile catalyst recovery precious metal projects, accelerate the development of a new generation of National VI catalysts, propane/cyclohexane dehydrogenation platinum catalysts, industrial wastewater treatment catalysts and other products, and accelerate the development of organotin heat stabilizers, organotin catalysts, Inorganic tin functional materials, tin-based new flame retardants and other produc.
