Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 36 of 2020)

Recently, yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration completed 93 batches of food safety supervision and sampling tasks, involving food processing products, meat products, beverages, vegetable products, fruit products, pastries, sugar, edible agricultural products and other 8 categories of products.
sampling items include heavy metals, food additives, microorganisms, veterinary drug residues and other indicators.
Among them, 84 batches of qualified samples, 9 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex), the specific situation is notified as follows: First, food additives over-range, over-limit consumption problems (i) Wenshan Xiang flowers biotechnology Co., Ltd. production of jasmine flower juice drinks, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salts (to dehydrogenate) do not meet the requirements of national standards for food safety.

(ii) Wenshan Xiangxiang Flowers Biotechnology Co., Ltd. produced rose flower juice drinks, dehydrogenated acetic acid and its sodium salts (to dehydrogenate meter) do not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.

(iii) Yunnan Baixing Food Co., Ltd. produced beef ribs (barbecue flavor), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in sorbic acid) does not meet the requirements of national standards for food safety.

(4) Yongping County Aqing Yu Food Co. , Ltd. Industrial Park Branch production of Aqing Yu pickles (sauce pickles), by the Kunming Customs Technical Center inspection found that the mixing of preservatives when the proportion of their maximum use of the proportion does not meet the national standards for food safety requirements.
The industrial park branch of Aqing food co., Ltd. in Yongping County, China, objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;

(ii) Lushan County Xiuyuan Mountain Springs Co. , Ltd. production of the formermountain spring packaging drinking water, by the Yunnan Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute inspection found that the oxygen consumption (in O2) does not meet the requirements of national standards for food safety.
Yushan County Xiuyuan Mountain Springs Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
(iii) Kunming Caiyun South Biotech Co., Ltd. production and sales of Yun Xiaonan handmade red sugar,small South handmade sugar cane mini red sugar, by Yunnan Cloud Quality Inspection Co., Ltd. inspection found that insoluble in water impurities do not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.
, Kunming Caiyun South Biotech Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
3. Microbiological indicators exceed the standard of Yunnan Six Bao Green Technology Co., Ltd. Yuxi Branch sales, the label Yunnan Six Bao Green Technology Co., Ltd. produced the Senyuan Mountain Springs packaging drinking water, copper-green fake monocytobacteria does not meet the national standards for food safety requirements.
