On March 8, Broad Pharmaceutical issued a voluntary announcement stating that Sirtex Medical Pty ltd, an associate company of the group, the blockbuster anti-tumor drug SIR-Spheres® Yttrium [90Y] resin microspheres have recently been recommended by the National Health Care Professionals Organization (NICE) in the United Kingdom.

NICE is an important organization of the British National Health Service.
