　　Sinochem News News on July 21, Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that the company intends to sign an "Investment Agreement" with Zijin Lithium Industry (Hainan) Co.

and Shandong Ruifu Lithium Industry Co.

Ltd.
The three parties will cooperate to establish a joint venture company in Hunan, and invest in the construction of a lithium salt project with an annual output of 90,000 tons.
The total investment is expected to be 3 billion yuan
