On May 15, Yangzi Petrochemical successfully completed the first industrial production of metallocene polyethylene mPE-L F184P on the polyethylene unit of the company's plastic plant, relying on its independent research and development technology, with a total production of about 400 tons of new products

This is another new product of the company following mPE-L F181F, a special material for metallocene heavy packaging films, and mPE P3806R, a special material for pipes, which marks the gradual progress of Yangzi Petrochemical's metallocene polyethylene products into series

As the latest generation of polyethylene products, metallocene polyethylene has a wide range of applications

As a replacement import project of Sinopec Group Corporation, Yangzi Petrochemical attaches great importance to the research and development of metallocene polyethylene products, and has carried out long-term follow-up and research and exploration

Compared with traditional polyethylene products, metallocene polyethylene mPE-L F184P products have the characteristics of high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance, low heat sealing temperature and wide range.
It is not easy to be damaged; and the heat sealing temperature is low, which reduces the energy consumption of downstream customers
