Last year, the plant was newly built and put into operation a water tank washing station, storage tank VOCs treatment project group and other facilities, which greatly increased energy consumption
.
In order to strengthen energy consumption management, they require energy consumption management specialists to sort out the energy-using equipment and facilities in the operation area, tabulate the energy-using situation for easy management, and check the integrity of the equipment at each energy-using point.
At the same time, the energy consumption management specialist will also conduct a detailed analysis of the original energy consumption indicators, further optimize the process operation, and re-quantify the new energy consumption indicators

They also added an alarm function for excessive energy consumption at energy consumption points to prevent energy loss caused by equipment abnormalities
In order to consolidate management responsibilities, the plant implements the "Three Ones" management for energy consumption specialists (go to the central control room to check current energy consumption every day, conduct on-site inspections of all energy use points in the jurisdiction every week, and conduct monthly monitoring of energy consumption.
