On September 7, 2021, the research group of Researcher Mingzhao Zhu from the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the research group of Academician Yan Xiyun jointly published a titled "CD146 bound to LCK promotes TCR signaling and anti-tumor immune response in mice" in the Journal of Clinical Investigation .

As an important component and effector cell of the immune system, T lymphocytes play an indispensable role in resisting infection by bacteria, viruses and other foreign pathogens and killing tumor cells

The process of TCR specifically recognizing antigen peptides and converting extracellular recognition into signals that can be transmitted into the cell is called the initiation of TCR signals

The CD146 molecule was discovered in 1987.

The relationship between CD146 and T cells was discovered as early as 1997.

Researcher Zhu Mingzhao and Academician Yan Xiyun of the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are the co-corresponding authors of this article.
